Job Description

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to help shape the future of service delivery! Working closely with our service providers and transformation team, you’ll champion customer-driven process improvements that make a real difference to our community. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful change in a supportive, collaborative environment—with the added bonus of an extra day off each month!

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support process transformation—map end-to-end business processes, uncover opportunities, and drive improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders—build strong relationships to translate customer and business needs into streamlined processes, quality standards, and innovative solutions.
  • Think big-picture—help teams take a cross-functional approach to problem-solving and break down silos.
  • Champion efficiency—apply Lean, Service Design and/or HCD principles to simplify workflows and boost performance.
  • Work as part of our collaborative team to enhance the customer experience and drive positive change
