In this role, you’ll:

Our centres provide high-quality early childhood programs across long day care, occasional care, and kindergarten, ensuring children experience environments that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Your opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Salary: $76,864 – $81,334 plus 12% superannuation and time in lieu

Desired Skills and Experience

To thrive in this role, you will hold a qualification in Early Childhood and have experience working in Early Years Services, demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. You will have a thorough understanding of relevant State and Federal policies, regulations, and compliance standards for Early Years Services.

A genuine passion for working with children and families is essential, along with knowledge of best practices in equity, inclusion, Indigenous perspectives, and sustainable approaches within an Early Childhood setting.

You will also hold:

  • A current and valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Early Childhood development and programming
