We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our Venues Booking Team on a permanent, part-time basis. Working 32 hours per week, you’ll have the flexibility to spread your hours across 4/5 days - perfect for someone who wants a reliable 9 - 5 without interruptions.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our community and internal stakeholders, helping ensure events and bookings run seamlessly from enquiry to delivery. You’ll handle a mix of administrative and customer service tasks, providing timely, accurate, and positive support that keeps the team and our events running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Venues Booking Team
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
Coordinating bookings, including confirming details, managing schedules, and maintaining records
Liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth service delivery
Supporting event-related administration and logistics as required
This permanent, part-time role offers a salary of $76,864–$81,334 plus 12% super, pro rata for part-time hours.

Experience in events or venue bookings is a plus, giving you insight into coordinating schedules and supporting successful events.
You hold a current driver’s licence, providing flexibility to attend venues and support events when needed.
