As a Customer Service Centre Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents reaching out to Council - whether in person, over the phone, via email or online. Your role is all about delivering a positive, efficient, and professional experience, helping people access the services and support they need.

Competitive hourly rate of $38.89 - $41.16 + 12% super

To thrive in this position, you’ll need a strong background in fast-paced customer service environments, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and care. Attention to detail is essential - particularly when it comes to handling cash and financial transactions—so you’ll need to be comfortable managing these responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
