lead the full payroll operation, ensuring each fortnightly pay run is accurate, compliant and delivered with absolute confidence
drive system optimisation within Aurion, leading upgrades, testing and process enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce manual risk

partner with Finance and senior leaders to deliver reliable reporting, strong internal controls and audit-ready governance frameworks
interpret and apply enterprise agreements, awards and employment legislation with precision, offering practical advice that supports sound decision-making
This role offers a salary range of $111,411 – $123,743 + 12% super, along with the added benefit of a monthly ADO - giving you both financial reward and additional flexibility.
