Are you passionate about helping people and making a real difference? We’re seeking a Customer Service Centre Officer to join Council in a full-time permanent role, where every day brings new opportunities to support and connect with residents.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for the community - welcoming residents in person, answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting online. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring people can easily access Council services, information, and support, leaving them with a positive experience every time.
