If you enjoy being trusted to run your space, shape how hiring decisions are made and work directly with leaders who value your input, this is one of those roles where you’ll feel it straight away.
You’ll be partnering across the organisation, sitting close to the action where hiring decisions are formed. It’s not about pushing process. It’s about understanding what’s really needed, guiding conversations, and helping leaders land the right outcome.
There’s a steady pace to the work, but it’s also about lifting how recruitment shows up. From how briefs are shaped, to how candidates experience the process, to how confident leaders feel in their decisions - your influence will be felt across all of it.
Alongside delivery, there’s space to improve things. Whether that’s refining market approach, strengthening EVP, or simplifying processes, you’ll have the backing to make it better.
In this role you’ll
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing credible, timely advice
Lead and guide recruitment activity, shaping roles and aligning expectations upfront
Advise on sourcing, candidate quality and hiring decisions using market insight
Manage a varied recruitment portfolio, maintaining pace and consistency
Challenge thinking and influence decisions with confidence
Lift capability by embedding better recruitment practices
Identify and drive improvements to processes, tools and experience
Support talent initiatives including EVP, sourcing and data-led insights
You’ll be stepping into a role offering $100,066 – $108,372 plus super, with a monthly ADO, flexible hybrid working and support for your health and wellbeing.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll bring:
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
Ability to quickly build credibility and work in partnership with leaders at different levels of the organisation
Confidence to provide advice, influence decisions and challenge constructively where needed
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining quality and stakeholder engagement
A practical, solutions-focused mindset, with sound judgement and a focus on outcomes rather than process
Clear and confident communication style, with the ability to guide conversations and support decision-making
