As a Customer Service Officer working at our premier leisure facilities, including The Harold Holt Swim Centre and Prahran Aquatic Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. Your excellent communication skills, friendly attitude, and attention to detail will ensure that every guest enjoys a positive and welcoming experience.
You will provide accurate information about our facilities, programs, and memberships, both in person and over the phone, while maintaining a professional and efficient front-of-house presence.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Provide up-to-date and accurate information regarding centre facilities, services, and programs
Supervise public entry and manage transactions in accordance with council and centre procedures
Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all times
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A current Employee Working with Children Check
Valid CPR and First Aid (HLTAID009 & HLTAID011) certifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage transactions accurately
Previous experience in a busy, customer-facing environment
Availability to work a flexible roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (shifts typically range from 4–5 hours)
