Shape the future of active living in Stonnington by leading the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Active Stonnington Framework and Action Plan. In this role, you'll:
Guide and influence the long-term vision for active recreation, shaping sustainable strategies that encourage greater community participation and improved health outcomes.
Build and nurture strong partnerships with internal teams, community organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure collaborative and effective program delivery.
Oversee the full lifecycle of active recreation programs, from scoping and planning to implementation, monitoring, and review, ensuring initiatives align with community needs and organisational priorities.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities for innovation, securing grant funding and driving forward-thinking strategies that support active living.
Use data-driven insights to measure impact, inform strategic decisions, and continuously improve programs to deliver meaningful and lasting benefits to the community.
Full-time | $95,013.10 - $102,899 + 11.5% super | ADO option
