We’re currently seeking motivated and energetic Health Club Instructors to join our dynamic and supportive team. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your fitness career, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally while helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Additionally, we are seeking applications from certified Personal Trainers who are motivated to work directly with our members and user groups to enhance the overall service offering at our facility.
Health Club instructor hourly rate is $44.12 per hour + 12% superannuation. Personal Trainer rate of pay is 65% of the client fee + 12% superannuation.

You’ll play an essential role in supporting our members' fitness journeys by:
Providing high-quality supervision on the gym floor
Delivering engaging and inclusive fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities
Offering Personal Training (as qualified)
Having a willingness to engage with members and convert leads
Demonstrating a proactive approach to building a loyal client base
Conducting Small Group Training sessions during shift
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
Building strong, supportive relationships with members and creating a positive atmosphere in the centre
Have a passion for helping people achieve real results
Desired Skills and Experience
We’re looking for committed fitness professionals who:
Hold a Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Have a current CPR (HLTAID009) and First Aid certificate(HLTAID011)
Possess a valid Employee Working with Children Check
Have a recognised Industry Fitness Registration
Personal Training experience would be an advantage
Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Are flexible and available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
