Job Description

In this role you'll design and deliver people focused initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, drive engagement, and embed meaningful diversity and inclusion outcomes across the organisation. You’ll collaborate with leaders to shape programs, frameworks and strategies that enhance performance, build talent pipelines, and promote equality.

What you'll drive 

  • Lead and contribute to organisation wide development initiatives that build capability, strengthen leadership and embed a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with leaders and teams to assess talent needs, identify critical roles and shape succession plans that ensure long-term capability and performance across the organisation
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion strategies by supporting the Gender Equality Action Plan, Gender Impact Assessments and DE&I campaigns that foster awareness, accountability and real change
  • Help design, deliver and evaluate training, engagement and leadership programs that enhance the employee experience from onboarding through to career progression
  • Use data and feedback from surveys, engagement insights and research to inform recommendations, track progress and guide strategic improvements to our people programs

Enjoy a rewarding full-time role with a salary range of $100,066$108,372, plus 12% superannuation and a monthly ADO for work life balance.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll bring 

  • Brings demonstrated experience in organisational development, learning or culture-focused roles, with a knack for designing, delivering and embedding programs that build leadership capability, engagement and performance across a large organisation.
  • Confidently leads DE&I and gender equality initiatives, drawing on knowledge of the Gender Equality Act 2020 to translate compliance and policy into practical, people centred actions and programs.
  • Combines strong analytical and research skills with the ability to use data, surveys and feedback to uncover insights, evaluate impact and shape evidence-based recommendations that inform future strategy.
  • Communicates with clarity and influence, engaging leaders, collaborating across teams and translating complex ideas into meaningful outcomes that drive cultural change and continuous improvement.
  • Brings an organised, adaptable and proactive approach, managing multiple priorities with ease, taking ownership of results and demonstrating curiosity, empathy and initiative in every task.
